Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Totux, including business health diagnostics, expert services, marketplace offers, deal rooms, subscriptions, and community features.

By creating an account, selecting a role, submitting information, paying for a plan or unlock, or otherwise using Totux, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Founders and business owners use Totux to complete health audits, create company profiles, review business vitality scores, receive recommendations, request expert assistance, and manage marketplace interest.

Experts use Totux to complete profile verification, set availability, provide audits or consultations, review materials when authorized, and submit growth proposals or recommendations to founders.

Flippers use Totux to browse verified business listings, evaluate potential acquisitions, submit offers, and communicate in approved deal rooms.

Investors use Totux to discover audited or investment-ready companies, review permitted company information, express interest, and communicate with founders through the platform.

Voters use Totux to participate in anonymous or pseudonymous sector discussions, peer benchmarks, and voting features. Voter-facing participation is intended to protect public identity, but voters must still follow these Terms and community standards.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for actions taken through your account.

You may not impersonate another person or company, misrepresent your authority, interfere with the platform, scrape data without permission, or use Totux for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.

Certain features may require verification, approval, payment, subscription eligibility, quota availability, or role-specific access. Totux may deny, suspend, or revoke access when needed to protect the ecosystem.

Totux scores, audit outputs, recommendations, benchmarks, and AI-assisted insights are informational tools. They are not legal, tax, investment, accounting, valuation, or financial advice.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs, confirming accuracy, and making your own business decisions. Totux does not guarantee fundraising, acquisition, sale, investment, growth, or operational outcomes.

You retain ownership of information, documents, messages, listings, proposals, and other content you submit to Totux, subject to the rights needed to operate the service.

You grant Totux a limited permission to host, process, analyze, display, and share your content as necessary to provide role-specific features, including diagnostics, verification, expert review, marketplace workflows, messaging, payments, and support.

You must have the right to upload or share any document or information you provide. Do not submit confidential third-party information unless you are authorized to do so.

Experts are independent users or service providers and are not employees of Totux unless expressly stated. Expert advice, proposals, and consultations are the expert's responsibility.

Founders, flippers, and investors are responsible for their own diligence before entering any transaction, deal, purchase, investment, engagement, or commercial relationship.

Deal rooms, offers, proposals, and messages must be used for legitimate platform purposes. Totux may moderate, restrict, or remove content that creates fraud, safety, confidentiality, or compliance risk.

Paid plans, expert fees, marketplace unlocks, consultation holds, and other paid features are shown at checkout or inside the platform. Taxes, currency conversion, and payment processor rules may apply.

Unless required by law or expressly stated in the product, fees are non-refundable once a paid feature, unlock, consultation, or subscription period begins.

Totux may change prices, quotas, included features, or plan names with notice where required. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated commercial terms.

Voter participation is designed so public-facing community activity can appear under an anonymous username or pseudonymous profile rather than a legal identity.

Anonymity does not permit abuse. Totux may use private account, device, security, and moderation records to investigate spam, manipulation, harassment, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

Users may receive access to sensitive business, deal, expert, or account information. You must use that information only for the purpose for which it was made available inside Totux.

You may not publish, sell, leak, reverse engineer, or misuse private platform information, scores, documents, deal room content, or contact details obtained through Totux.

Totux may suspend or terminate accounts, listings, proposals, messages, payments, or access to features if we believe a user violates these Terms, creates legal or security risk, or harms the trust of the marketplace.

You may stop using Totux at any time. Some records may be retained where needed for legal, security, billing, audit, or dispute purposes.

Totux may update these Terms as the platform evolves. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where required.
